TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Any changes in music must be requested at least 72 hours prior to engagement.
  2. Minimum travel fee of $20 for locations outside the 610 loop.
  3. The agreement is non-transferable.
  4. The deposit is non-refundable.
  5. The agreement is binding. Any cancellation or modification to the Contract does not change the obligation of the Client to the harpist for the Total Fee.
  6. There is an additional fee of $25 to play outdoors.
  7. The harpist cannot play in inclement weather or outdoors, without express advance approval of the harpist.
  8. The harpist must cover the harp immediately in even the smallest amount of precipitation no matter what else is going on.
  9. There must be a large, dry, flat surface for the harp and harpist to sit.
  10. $50 fee for all returned checks.
